The Home Depot

I done with Home Depot! A year ago I looked for a tiny plastic handle. Not there, but they had it on their website. The girl at the so-called Service desk rudely said there was no way they could order it for me, even though I kept saying it was on their website. I had to go thru four employees and had to get really mad before the ass't manager finally was willing to help me, but he kept saying the reason I didn't want to order it myself online was because I didn't want to pay shipping. No, that wasn't the top reason! I had to tell him over and over that basic customer service was the reason they should be happy to get a part for me! Then they never called me when the part arrived, like they promised! Plus, over the "Service" desk is a huge sign that says they will be happy to order something for the customer! Apparently no one has ever read that sign.\r Then, recently I had another really bad experience. I got an email coupon on my phone, but it wasn't clear which items were or were not more

I don't know where to begin, but this one takes the cake.\r went in there and was accused of sending in my family for an item that was suppose to be for individual sale. No where on the advertising does it mention anything about per family. Yes it says 20 per person. \r I don't recommend this location to anyone please go to Glendale where the customer service is outstanding.\r Just to let the readers know about me... I want nothing but the best customer service given as I am in that Industry and know what customer service is all about. I give the best and no one should expect the worst from any establishment they go to. This Home depot is about the same as any of the others that you have shopped at. It has just about everything you will need for your project... more

Of course Home Depot has an excellent return policy. I have found, however, that their prices are kind of high sometimes. They do have a good variety, but they are always crowded, it is hard to find an employee who isn't busy. And if you try shopping late at night they have loud annoying vehicles in there moving merchandise. more

The hours are not very convenient anymore, and their customer service seems to be getting worst. They either do not have enough stuff or the one that is available is not always very knowledgeable. more
