I done with Home Depot! A year ago I looked for a tiny plastic handle. Not there, but they had it on their website. The girl at the so-called Service desk rudely said there was no way they could order it for me, even though I kept saying it was on their website. I had to go thru four employees and had to get really mad before the ass't manager finally was willing to help me, but he kept saying the reason I didn't want to order it myself online was because I didn't want to pay shipping. No, that wasn't the top reason! I had to tell him over and over that basic customer service was the reason they should be happy to get a part for me! Then they never called me when the part arrived, like they promised! Plus, over the "Service" desk is a huge sign that says they will be happy to order something for the customer! Apparently no one has ever read that sign.\r
