Great variety and cheap accessories and just a few reasons any fish owner must stop by. The staff is very knowledgible and are always happy to answer any questions or just talk fish. If you happen to breed fish or snails, as I did, they will even work out a store credit program for your offspring. This is by far the best fish store Seattle has to offer. more

As an aquarium owner for many years, I have come to believe that it is impossible to find good fish stores anymore. However, The Fish Store in Seattle is absolutely one of the BEST aquarium shops I've ever seen in my life. They have a large selection of aquariums for sale and they're very inexpensive--I was able to get a 30g with hood and light for around $40, which is not a bad price. Their fish stocks are just in great condition, and in all the years I've gone there, I've never seen a dead fish or even an ill fish in their tanks. When you speak with the staff, it is obvious that they not only know alot about fish, but that they are genuinely concerned with their fish and take great measures to ensure that customers are buying the right fish for their tanks, and have the proper tank set-up and space needed for those fish. Highly reccomended that you visit this store. They have fresh and salt-water varieties and the staff can answer nearly every question you pose to them. more

What a knowledgeable and friendly staff! Ask a stupid question and they dont' make you FEEL stupid!!! Huge selection of fresh and saltwater fish. All healthy. All hearty. All live very long time. No floaters to be found in this fish store. Need a filter? gravel? decorations? Well they have it here. As well as an odd assortment of tribal equipment that (because of rules of conduct) I can't talk about here. Let's just suffice to say that they carry large peices of wood that are used by tribes to hide their...parts. Well, Seattle *IS* different, is it not? more
