I'm really happy with the service and response I got from Durable Slate. They could give lessons in customer service, but most importantly my tile roof doesn't leak anymore!!

The Best in town 4/20/2010

I'm so happy I found these guys. John, Ryan, Josh and Kevin? were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Durable Slate was the first company I've found that really understands my slate roof. I was so frustrated before I found these guys that I went out and bought a book by Joseph Jenkins called ""The Slate Roof Bible"" and was considering doing my own work. True slaters! 12/7/2009

I'm originally from Boston, and there's a number of true slaters there. I assumed it'd be the same here, because New Orleans is such an old city with fantastic homes with slate roofs, but I seemed like it was hopeless finding a real slater in town. Then I called Durable Slate. They are the real McCoy. They're the only ones I'll let on my slate roof. Pros: true slaters, knowledge, ability to match slate Cons: none so far more

Durable Slate fixed my leaky slate roof and also took out all those ugly ""clips"". I'm so glad I hired them. My roof looks so much better. Pros: Quick service, attention to details more

Impressed with service 4/19/2009

Outstanding tile work 4/13/2009

They fixed my tile roof when no one else said it could be fixed. I went to their yard and they have thousands and thousands of pieces of old tile. They were able to match my roof perfectly and the old tarred stuff on our roof was removed. The roof looks better than I've ever seen it! Pros: Very knowledgeable, hard working, honest Cons: None that I saw more

Best slate roofers in town 4/13/2009

Durable Slate came out and promptly fixed my slate roof. They were such hard workers and they did it with such attention to detail. My roof looks great and the new copper gutters on the porch look great. Pros: Honest, professional, great work ethic more
