Good: NOTHING. Never got to walk through the doors. Bad: Made appt for Friday evening. Daughter was leaving for Florida next day. Called Thursday and the woman couldn't even find the appointement, finally found it. Added another service onto this one. Got a call with a message saying they overbooked can she go Saturday. This was my first and last experience with these peopel. I wish I read the other poor reviews they got so I didn't waste my time with them. Found another place who were extremely nice and accommodating. Will never refer them ever ever eve. Improvements: GET A BETTER SYSTEM ON SETTIING UP AND KEEPING YOUR FREAKIN APPOINTMENTS. Other: If I could give a 0 rating I would.
