I hate waiting for 45 minutes to get our table but the food is always worth the wait. We had Linda's Fudge Cake for dessert and it was amazing.

We are on vacation here and decided to go to TCF since we don't have one where we are from. I've been before and in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando and it's always been a decent experience. First of all it was a zoo in there, granted it was Saturday night, but I've been to busy restaurants before, that was a little much. After waiting 30+ min to be seated, 3yr old daughter in tow, we ordered the corn tamales appetizer. It was good and came within a few minutes, but then we ordered our main dishes. I ordered Pasta Carbonara and my husband ordred a Bleu Cheese Burger. It took them 30 min to get us the food which I can understand if the kitchen is backed up but the fact that the waitress never even came by our table to apologize or explain annoyed me as we were very patient, but had our anxious 3 yr old with us. Our waitress was rushed and very short with us. Once we got the food, my Carbonara was not real Carbonara in the traditional sense at all, but more like butter soaked spaghetti with some bacon chunks. It was disgusting...which seems to be the common theme at TCF. My husband's dish was fine, but it was a burger...not hard to do. I did take a cheesecake to go which was the only good part of the whole thing. My advice to TCF is to simplify the menu and stick to dishes they are good at instead of making 100 mediocre dishes...next time I'll go somewhere more authentic for better food and service, I'm sure. more

Went on my 40th for lunch a slice of cheesecake with wife. Lettuce wraps had 4 slices of chicken for 8 leaves of lettuce. Maybe I did not read the menu right but the tempura tuna roll was nothing more than a deep fried tuna sandwich. The fish taste like it came from a can and warm mayonaise was a real stomach turner. The cake was ok but old. Probably won't go back as I think this place is past it's prime. more

This Cheesecake factory was having serious problems on 7/16/12. Not even very crowded but many problems. Being seated at a table that wasn't clean yet and then having dirty silverware given to us. We ordered stings, salads and entrees. Entrees came first before salads. One entree came with sauce when asked for on the side. Excuse for trouble was that salad dressing wasn't made yet. Really? It was a hodge podge of table runners who were young and very confused. They even brought two entrees to our table that we didn't order. It seemed there were waaay too many people working and not much communication. We have never had problems at the Aventura, Ft Lauderdale or Sawgrass or Pembroke Cheesecake Factory restaurants. It was an off night by at least the food tasted good... more

I have to say service aside I could eat their cheesecakes till I turn green! Hardest part about going there is picking a dessert choice. more

Lots of great options, service has gone down no doubt , but who can get past the delicious cheesecakes! Cocktails do need to improve however. more

How would you like a "RAT" running up your wife's leg and when food came to find a metal tie-wrap in my shrimp & rice. This happened to us on 12/4/11 at the Boca Raton FL Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. Sent email and 2 faxes to Corporate before they responded with "we are very sorry but Florida Board of Health inspected on 12/11/11 and gave us a clean bill of heath". Guess 7 days is enough time to cleanup your mess. Could care less how both wife and self felt. Think twice before going into a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. more

Food runner was an absolute jerk! Rude to our family visiting from Brazil... Actually had a sarcastic attitude when he was asked to stop pushing things out of the way with the plate of food he was trying to deliver. Told our waiter but no mgr. apology. Food was good. There has to be at least one nice person in Boca - or not... more

The menu is overwhelming and too much to read. This is the best choice when comparing The Cheesecake Factory to the Grand Lux Cafe. Go here instead if you have to go. I stick to the basics here and if you do you will be fine as well. For lunch, they offer a great deal for roughly 10$, the soup and salad lunch portion and its plenty of good food for a super reasonable price. I was there for lunch on a Friday with my Mother and Sister and got the Clam Chowder and ohh man was it GOOD. It does have bacon in it though (which I personally LOVE), but it was rich, thick, creamy and flavorful with chunks of real clams. The lunch caesar salad was delicious too, lightly dressed, and all healthy vibrant pieces of romaine hearts. All of this for only roughly 10$?? Yes please!! And if you are feeling naughty, go for a slice of the Godiva Cheesecake=orgasmic. Try it and see what I mean. Dinner here is processed and as disgusting as it gets though. Parents had some kind of shrimp pasta which was pre-cooked pasta, with pre-cooked shrimp and veggies thrown on top with a sauce dumped over the top. Their plates came out in less than 10 minutes. Gross! Little sisters fish & chips were all beer batter and the fish was basically non-existent. This place is a dump, stick to soup salad & cheesecake only. more

If your looking for a good place to eat, then you do a lot worse than The Cheescake Factory. Yes they are a chain restaurant, but the menu is good, lots to choose from, service can vary from City to City.\r \r I like the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. It has shrimp and chicken sautéed with onions, tomatoes and peppers in a spicy cajun sauce. It is served over linguini, but you get it with rice too. Make sure to tell them you want it very hot if you like it that way, they can also bring you some additional seasoning if needed. more

I voted I liked it because the good outweighs the bad. As far as selection, they reign supreme. For the most part the food is good, some meals being great and others getting sent back. Great place for a fun birthday dinner, and a first date. I had a bad experience but after some persuading to the Gm I was able to get a $50 gift card. Which I thought was pathetic for a place that makes so much money. Would I go back? Yes. Orange chicken, excellent. Soup Special on Saturday night is amazing. I recommend the Rasberry, White Chocolate Coffee to go along with your dessert. more

This is a place you can go with a group and everyone will find something they like. The menu is pages upon pages. \r Favorites are the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Firecracker salmon appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp, Sante Fe Salad, and the plain old vanilla cheesecake. more

Good place for a big group 5/2/2005

It's a good place for a group of people to enjoy or celebrate someones B-day. Anything you order you will love and for those who like to eat very little i would share my plate with someone because the amount of food they serve in a plate is a lot... even for a Cesar Salad. If you love deserts like Cheesecake then this is the place to come. more
