I really liked the service The Body Shop gave me. When my truck was totaled, Michelle told me what to expect, and knowing ahead of time really helped me. It let me know what kind of questions to ask the insurance agents.
I needed to make a decision about whether I wanted to repair the truck or not, because it was right on the line. When the situation is so borderline it is hard to know which way to go, and Michelle really helped me make an informed decision.
I went to another place first, but they wanted me to sign a form about doing certain repairs before even letting me know anything about pricing, or whether I should even bother trying to fix my truck. Michelle took the frustration out of the situation for me, and was very honest about my situation. I ended up not repairing the truck, and so her information helped me get into a new vehicle more quickly.
