Review content:
The Body Shop, Inc. was nothing but professional. From the moment that I called them to the moment I got my car back. They were great. As soon as I called them, they were courteous and concerned about the safety of my car. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and were able to see me in a reasonable time. I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and really friendly faces.
I expected to be bogged down with a lot of paperwork, but there was none. The entire process was totally smooth and stress free. I didn't have to communicate with the insurance company, they did all that for me, which saved me major time and from any major headaches I'm sure.
I really appreciated that they kept me posted with daily phone calls throughout the entire process. I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend their services. I can't say enough good things about them.
