Really Nice Florist 2/3/2009

This afternoon I had a last minute Get well soon bouquet for a friend that was in a accident earlier this afternoon, tried to call florist, couldnt get thru for at least a hour, called the hair shop next to them, couldnt get thru, then heard on news phone was out due to Knology, found her cell number online, called her, placed order, and she delivered this afternoon. So glad she had her cell number on there, she is always so pleasant and easy to work with, always works within my budget, just all around fantastic. Pros: Value, Design more

Wonderful Customer Service 1/28/2009

I am glad to review this florist. I had a very last minute funeral that I found out about late today. I had called 2 other florists listed in Augusta and they said too late for today. The lady at the bloom closet said she would get it done for me, she would take it on her way out for dinner so it would be there for the viewing. I was so impressed with her customer service and she even sent a photo of the plant, I wish every business was ran the way this business is, with the customer in mind. I am not that great of a computer person, but I was glad to join City Search to review this business, I was that impressed, which if you knew me, you would understand. more

Saved me at the Last Minute 1/12/2009

Florist was really nice, I forgot to order some flowers for my friends birthday, called at 4, she said no problem and delivered this afternoon, I really was thankful for her doing that, and the design was so pretty, my friend emailed me a photo, and it was so pretty, I will use her again and again! this place is great, the lady was so nice and friendly and made sure i got just what i wanted it, the only bad thing would have to be parking! that was kind of difficult, but other than that you will love what this lady can do! more

Really there for the customer 11/4/2007

This is the nicest lady, great customer service, really helped me out with a last minute funeral on a sunday. I called her emergency number on her site, she said no problem, met me at her shop, and I didn't receive half service like I have recvd. at other shops before, I received excellent service. She really personalized my funeral flowers, they were honestly the nicest ones at the service. It really meant alot for someone to go out of their way for a customer in need on their day off. I would recommend her to everyone, you will be pleased. Pros: customer service, professionalism, kindness, wonderful design more
