This afternoon I had a last minute Get well soon bouquet for a friend that was in a accident earlier this afternoon, tried to call florist, couldnt get thru for at least a hour, called the hair shop next to them, couldnt get thru, then heard on news phone was out due to Knology, found her cell number online, called her, placed order, and she delivered this afternoon. So glad she had her cell number on there, she is always so pleasant and easy to work with, always works within my budget, just all around fantastic.
