The Best Air Conditioning

I hoped ""Will Fix It"" would be able to do my job (replace pressure valve and install expansion tank for water heater), but they came out and quoted me $900 for a brass valve and expansion tank. I know the retail price of the parts are around $200, so I thought this was a rather high price. Sure enough, I shopped around and 2 other reputable companies quoted $600 and $550 for the SAME JOB with the exact SAME PARTS. I am disappointed that ""Will Fix It"" would take advantage of customers by not providing an honest quote. I had used them before for standard annual maintenance on my water heater and they did a great job (though I am now wondering if I paid too much). But I would never use them again as I can no longer trust this company, which I feel would have gladly walked away with an extra $350 of my hard-earned money just because they could. Horrible, these guys push back dates, will not be helpful or kind. It took them 4 days ot do what they said. 1 part from them takes them 5 days to get a hold of in which a competant store would take a day. OVERPRICED. They wanted to charge $100 to clean my filter which involves using a hose and water, thats right water. I went to another service that came out 40min after I called them and charged $300 less. Dont use their service and forget you ever saw this business. I will tell everyone I meet or talk too that these guys are horrible. Pros: 1 assistant answers the phone kindly, hope you get her. This company is a contractor for American Home Shield. I used their service on 6/6 because my A/C was leaking water. twice they came out to tell me it was a clogged drain pipe. 2 hours later it would leak again. They then set up an apt and the no one showed. They they finally sent someone out who wanted to charge me 700.00 to clean the unit. I'm not that stupid. I called AHS about my concerns and they sent out another rep the following Tuesday. Finally someone who knew what they were doing! I was told what I already knew, the pan was cracked and the core was rusted through. It would take 5 days to get the part.........that is what I was told. after a week I called and was told the part was on backorder, then they got the wrong part, then they were going to schedule the service on Friday.........I took the day off and they never showed. Again I called, again I was told that it was the wrong part but they would call me Monday to schedule the service. They called alright, They wanted to know why I wasn't home because the crew was there waiting. I rescheduled for Tuesday at 8am. I again took the day off and guess what? It's now 7:30 pm and they are just now working on it. It's also 6/30 and we have had 13 straight days of 100 + degrees. I'm just guessing but I think this comapny only gets paid for the first service call after that since they are contracted with AHS its on them. What ever the issue......it's unacceptable from a company. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.......on the contrary, I will HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEM. They never call you or keep you informed, you only get the run a around. Cons: Everything! more

Wow!! First thing to say about this company! I called them do to a hugh water leak (300k+ gallons a month extra) at my apartment complex that was on the hotwater line that other company couldn't locate and it wasn't showing up on the driveways or around the buildings. They found the leak that other company where going to charge over $1,000+ to do repairs to pin point the leak location. I normally take care of problem in house but handed this job over to them because they where so professional and I knew it would be done right and correct. and I wouldn't have this problem again in this location. I have used Will fix it several times. At first I was impressed with their attention to detail, however, as I have used them more often I have found that they are sales people in repairmen clothing. I had a complete dual A/C and heating system change out $9800.00... you would think that they would make sure that if the customer is going to pay to have a complete new system put in...including duct work...that they would take the time to make sure that the duct work is properly balanced...they are afterall ""A/C experts""...well It's not. I have rooms that are freezing and others that are too warm. When I complained they said that I didn't request that kind of evaluation so they didn't see the need to do it.... (Professionals???) Also, the Rhudd system they installed has needed the same part repaired 3 times in the last 5 years... the part is a $75.00 capacitor...each time they change it, they charge me $245.00 EACH and that's with a ""Silver Member Discount"" ...job takes them about 15 minutes....When I asked if there was something that might be causing it to keep going they said not really, but recommended my purchasing a $350.00 (x2) electrical part to regulate my electricity. Well, if you don't know what's causing the problem how can you recommend a part to fix a problem - didn't fall for that one. Then there is the matter of allergies.. We asked if they knew of anything we could get installed to help us with allergies... they recommended a $1200.00 ozone/UV light...Yes..I was stupid and took the bait... I now have a $1200.00 greenish blue glow coming out of my system...and the ozone generator, we just discovered, after 11 months, from an allergist, that this has been responsible for making us all sick.....My silver contract is up for expiration... I'll get my winter check up and then I am done with Will fix Nothing.....I think their initial intentions were good... but they don't follow through...too bad...I guess I'll have to find another company. Professional commercials and promises, but with no follow thru. I called them on a Saturday morning and was told they would come same day between 4 and 6 PM and would call 20-30 minutes before they arrived. After waiting until after 6 with no call, I called and cancelled the appointment. Three days later at 4:10 PM they called me and said they were on their way. I guess they do tell you the correct time, but you are supposed to guess on what day. more

First let me say that when I called it was due to an emergency. Our water heater stopped working. When the guy came out all he did was get on us for not having a water softener here in TX. He asked me if I had a water softener and I said no. His response was and ""Why Not?"" I'm like; you are hearing because my water heater is not working not because I was interested in buying a water softener. He did check the water pressure but again continued to try to sale a new water heater with all the life time warranties and a water softener. When I asked him how much it would cost to repair the water heater he said $596 + the $69.00 to come out. I was not happy. If I wanted a sales person I believe I would have stated that. I needed a tech, I needed someone to make things better being that I have a big family and we had no hot water. more

Basically, the plumber that came on-site was clueless! He stood around alot scratching his head and smoking cigarettes. Nothing was accomplished by this company, the problem was with the city, but if you can believe this, the bill was almost $5,000.00......WHAT???? Yes, it was Ridiculous... Highly recommended. Although Will Fix It was unable to assist with the jobs that was needing they receptionist was extremely helpful in guiding me in the right direction to get the help I needed with other highly recommended and highly rated businesses.
