A Master of Energetic Practices 8/10/2011

Few yoga teachers know energy like Gaia-ji knows energy and Albuquerque is lucky to have such a gifted one in its midst. She teaches like a true Energy Master, helping the student slip effortlessly into that place of alignment from which all things become possible. Thankful for Gaia! 8/8/2011

I've been taking yoga classes from Gaia Richards ever since she came to Albuquerque. It had been a long time since I had been on a yoga mat and both my body and mind were pretty stressed from quitting my job, selling my house in Michigan and making my own move to Albuquerque. I'm grateful that Gaia has taken all of this into account during our lessons and made sure that I was comfortable doing what I was doing and also comfortable knowing that there just were things I couldn't do yet. Otherwise, I could well have gotten discouraged and not continued. Thank you, Gaia. more

This Yoga is the Bomb! 8/5/2011

I would like to let everyone know that I was pleasantly surprised to say the least after taking Gaia's yoga classes. She is a wonderful teacher and human being. Her teaching style is perfect, giving a balance between physical and mental challenge, but don't get me wrong....it kicks your butt! I always feel comforted and peaceful when I am done taking her class, and I feel it in every part of my body afterwards! Kundalini Yoga really encompasses every part of the yoga experience. I LOVE it, and I LOVE Thalia Angel Radiant Yoga. more
