I would like to let everyone know that I was pleasantly surprised to say the least after taking Gaia's yoga classes. She is a wonderful teacher and human being. Her teaching style is perfect, giving a balance between physical and mental challenge, but don't get me wrong....it kicks your butt! I always feel comforted and peaceful when I am done taking her class, and I feel it in every part of my body afterwards! Kundalini Yoga really encompasses every part of the yoga experience. I LOVE it, and I LOVE Thalia Angel Radiant Yoga.
