Teresa's Family Cleaning

I was looking for a cleaning service and i came across Teresa's Family Cleaning. I signed up for a monthly service contract. I am i busy single mother and when the cleaning crew comes to my house i feel stress lift off my shoulders knowing i can sit down and relax. The cleaning lady's are every respectful to my home and the people in it. I defiantly recommend this company ! more

Beware! they do not back their website's word. Theresa, the owner, is a rude, unempathetic person. If for some reason you are not happy with the cleaning, or as in my case, the cleaners accidentally cracked/broke my daughter's sound machine, Theresa backed up her team and business, but NOT me, the customer. Very frustrating. Her prices are high, but her website states customer satisfaction, that they are licensed and Insured. Yet they wouldn't replace a $35 item? Theresa had the audacity to insinuate that I must've broken it and was trying to blame it on the cleaner....that she trusted her employee more than me bc the woman had worked for her for many years(?). I was.dumbfounded by her attitude. I was kind and matter of fact when I called her, She was petty and unprofessional. We have since moved to a much larger home and have hired a reputable company (The Maids)& by far they are extremely professional, they back their word- re-clean for free if you are not satisfied, and when, by accident, my wall got scratched by their cleaners, they took care of it with no hassle! They made me realize how poorly I was treated as a customer by Theresa. Theresa's Family Cleaning has poor customer service and Theresa herself seems to be an angry, rude business owner. In her opinion, the customer is NOT always right- She is. She has lost all of my connections as clients. I'm very happy to say that. Be forewarned if you use them! more

Ive had my far share of cleaning company over the years and Teresa's company is by far the best one i have had . more

My mother was overflowing with things in her house, things were getting crazy. I called Teresa's to come to my house and within about 5 hours the house was immaculate. more

Never use them!! Came out to my house about 1 month ago to clean my windows. They broke a window about 5 minutes after they started. Charged my credit card without my permission. They are a complete nightmare. The owner Teresa is the most unprofessional women I have ever spoke with and her daughter Nicole is even worse. I wish I could attach emails they wrote to me. Not to mention the 10 times they have hung up on me. I have a complaint in with the BBB. DONT USE THEM, learn from me!! more

I was very iffy on whether or not I wanted a cleaning crew in my home, but when I called to set up a cleaning they were friendly and how the crew cleaned was how I cleaned my home. On the day before the office called me to give me and arrival time. The next day the crew arrived at that time and when they got there I gave them a walk through of my home and they begin cleaning. When they left my house, it was so much cleaner then i expected, there was no dust and it practically sparkled more

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They use nontoxic chemicals to clean my house which i like a lot , the cleaning crew ladys were grate i saw that they work hard and are respectful, the women in the office were very nice and told me everything that there going to do in my house, and broke it down to the T. About 6 months ago i found Teresa's Family Cleaning , i booked a day to see how i felt about them ,after finishing cleaning they asked me if i needed anything else cleaned after looking around everything was spotless i like that they use nontoxic chemicals to clean the houses and clean in and out of everything and it was done perfectly ! more
