90% of my detail went well. Most of the inside of my car was gorgeous! However, they lost my 2 mo old steering wheel cover, there were water spots all over the inside back window, a ton of dirt in the center console, my car was running when I arrived so who knows how long that was going on, and my driver's side rear-view was nearly falling out of the housing. Joe @ the front desk was rude as hell, which leads me to believe that other Grouponers have been jerks. I called today to give my concerns and they offered me another wash, which would have been awesome if I lived in town. Then they found the cover (which was very beat up I was told) and if I wanted to buy one and the next time I was in the city I could get the money for that. What's so hard about just refunding me $20? I paid the upgraded Groupon package. If I got that kind of service after paying the full price I'd be mad as hell. So I just feel so-so about my experience - I'd be more satisfied if I lived in the city, I guess.
