I had to come back after the manager agreed that my wax job was a joke, wax splatters still on windows, dry wax around the edges every where and swirls were just as bad as when I brought it in etc. I thought for 148.00 $ I could get a premium wax job. Instead I got soaked and chumped with excuses and gray area double talk. He said that it was because the employee was new for instance the first time. Who is in charge of him ? The second time I got it back full of splatters and wax still half buffed out in places, I knew then that it was a butcher shop and I just need to go. They already cost me 148 bucks and 2 drop offs of my car. I had 2 choices, lose my mind and try to get blood from a rock, or lump it as a bad experience. I got to many bigger fish to fry in life, lucky for them.
Pros: None come to mind.
Cons: These guys detail to make a living, nothing more.
