We wish we had called someone else. We were overcharged and worse, the work done by the repairman named "Gabriel" was lousy. Instead of doing the repair works, the repairman tried to talk us into buying a new AC system. He made a diagnose of our failed AC system and claimed that the part we needed was too old and hard to find. We found out later this was not true! He then promised us that he'd call us back the same day to let us know about the status of the part. He never did. We got a run around when we called in the office. Finally two days later, the same repair guy showed up at our door. He spent an hour but could not fix it. He then took off. The next day, a different repair man came out the house and finished the job left unfinished by the incompetent repairman named "Gabriel".
It looks to us Tempo hire cheap and incompetent laborers who not only cannot do the repair works, they would create a bigger mess and the customers would end up paying for it!
