Team Mazda

Today was the worst experience I have ever had with this dealership. \r \r I have been a customer here and spent a fair amount of money on service. I have had great customer service and care until today.\r \r I took my mother in to look at getting a used Subaru and test drive one as there flyer advertised. I went and looked for a sales person I have worked with in the past but he was not available. I was greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman who asked if he could help. I explained that we were out looking for a used car for my mother. He had us take a seat and began trying to get all our information and run a credit check before we even knew what vehicle we wanted. His manager comes over and starts talking about we can't afford a payment $400 and they never got our credit information all we did is asked them what they had on there lot and told them we would like to pay around $250-$300 monthly. The manager then began trying to sell us on how much better the car was then any other competitors. We still had not got to see a vehicle. At no point did they ask if we were putting a down payment on the car. Which we had about $8,000 we were going to put down. The manager was so disrespectful and ignorant we got up and left.\r \r I would not recommend purchasing a car from them!\r more

I had the best salesman Joel Grever he helped me get into a great vehicle and they also took my trade in which helped me out more. Thank you so much Team Mazda for what you have done. more

I have always received excellent service and friendship from your people. This time I started with Craig and then Steve was there when I came yesterday. Friendly! and not shovey! When it came time to trade off my beloved old clunker, the first person and dealership I thought of was Jeremiah Clemons at Team! Jeremiah stuck with my many demands (no, I still won't buy a stick Jeremiah!) and came up with the car that fit everything I needed. It's not easy to find the vehicle that will fit the needs of a single mom of 4, along w/all their friends in tow, plus gas mileage and a payment that doesn't have us eating ramen noodles nightly, but Jeremiah stuck with me and found us a great nearly new van! I'll definitely be a repeat car customer! more

After experiencing serious financial hardship my credit was trashed. I first stopped at a couple of other stores only to be told that I couldn't buy anything and was made to feel as if I was wasting their time. I called Team and they were completely understanding of my situation and helped me get into a good used car. They were just willing to work with me when no one else even seemed to try. I'll definitely be headed back when it?s time to upgrade. more

I got my car at Team and was pleased with them so I took my friend there. She was having a hard time getting a car due to bad credit. At first she didn't want to go because of being treated badly at some other places, but I talked her into it and everyone we worked with at Team was great. It took some work, but they were polite and made us feel comfortable & really went the extra mile to get my friend and her kids into a nicer and most of all safer car. I purchased one car here a few years back, they lied to me about the engine in the car during the walk thru and I didn't read the fine print, they denied the whole thing. They got me into an extended warranty and when it was time to use it they refused to honor it, moral of the story never buy the extended warranty. I went back recently to replace the old mazda with a newer one and they have gotten worse, they tried to pressure me to trade in a car I don't own, after I told them I didn't own it. They tried to guilt trip me into buying that day, what a load of BS ""what will I tell my manager if you don't buy?"" A good deal can be had here but you will have to be very strong minded and read everything, double check everything, and be weary of changing conditions during the deal, be alert at every step and double check EVERYTHING they say. For the amount of work to get a good deal it isn't worth it, there are other dealerships in the area that you don't have to work as hard at to get a good deal (they all try to screw you but theses guys are especially good at it). Also, when reading reviews about this place, notice that all of the glowing ones are just that, glowing 5 star reviews, nothing stops a dealership from posting about itself from fake accounts, just keep that in mind. more

Over the last 5 years, Team Mazda Subaru on Cleveland Blvd in Nampa/Caldwell has gone through many changes. Most of these changes have come with finding the right people for the right positions within our store.
