I purchased one car here a few years back, they lied to me about the engine in the car during the walk thru and I didn't read the fine print, they denied the whole thing. They got me into an extended warranty and when it was time to use it they refused to honor it, moral of the story never buy the extended warranty.
I went back recently to replace the old mazda with a newer one and they have gotten worse, they tried to pressure me to trade in a car I don't own, after I told them I didn't own it. They tried to guilt trip me into buying that day, what a load of BS ""what will I tell my manager if you don't buy?""
A good deal can be had here but you will have to be very strong minded and read everything, double check everything, and be weary of changing conditions during the deal, be alert at every step and double check EVERYTHING they say. For the amount of work to get a good deal it isn't worth it, there are other dealerships in the area that you don't have to work as hard at to get a good deal (they all try to screw you but theses guys are especially good at it).
Also, when reading reviews about this place, notice that all of the glowing ones are just that, glowing 5 star reviews, nothing stops a dealership from posting about itself from fake accounts, just keep that in mind.
