Today was the worst experience I have ever had with this dealership. \r \r I have been a customer here and spent a fair amount of money on service. I have had great customer service and care until today.\r \r I took my mother in to look at getting a used Subaru and test drive one as there flyer advertised. I went and looked for a sales person I have worked with in the past but he was not available. I was greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman who asked if he could help. I explained that we were out looking for a used car for my mother. He had us take a seat and began trying to get all our information and run a credit check before we even knew what vehicle we wanted. His manager comes over and starts talking about we can't afford a payment $400 and they never got our credit information all we did is asked them what they had on there lot and told them we would like to pay around $250-$300 monthly. The manager then began trying to sell us on how much better the car was then any other competitors. We still had not got to see a vehicle. At no point did they ask if we were putting a down payment on the car. Which we had about $8,000 we were going to put down. The manager was so disrespectful and ignorant we got up and left.\r \r I would not recommend purchasing a car from them!\r
