I am the author of the very negative May 26 review, and I wish there were a way to erase it. Taylor Heating has really stepped up to the plate and dealt with all of our problems efficiently, courteously, and to our great satisfaction. I continue to be frustrated that we had these problems in the first place, but have come to believe that we failed adequately to convey our frustration to Taylor, and that if we'd done a better job of voicing our concerns,everything would have been solved even sooner. We will continue to use Taylor and to recommend them. more

I've just stepped out of yet another cold shower, for the third time this week. We've been taking cold showers, and otherwise living without heat, for over a year and a half now, ever since Taylor heating convinced us to spend about $14,000 converting our home heating system from oil to natural gas. Ever since the conversion, the furnaces have worked when they want to, and they frequently don't want to. Taylor's original idea of a "solution" was to teach us how to push the reset button so that, after a few hours' wait, we'd have heat and hot water again. When we started insisting that *they* come out each time to push the reset button, they rethought the issue and have come out repeatedly to tinker with the equipment, though none of their tinkering has made any difference. So far, they've shown zero interest in actually solving the problem by providing us with equipment that actually works. more

Always very prompt and dependable. It has not only been convenient for me but for my family to have working heat during the winter. more
