Review content:
I am the author of the very negative May 26 review, and I wish there were a way to erase it. Taylor Heating has really stepped up to the plate and dealt with all of our problems efficiently, courteously, and to our great satisfaction. I continue to be frustrated that we had these problems in the first place, but have come to believe that we failed adequately to convey our frustration to Taylor, and that if we'd done a better job of voicing our concerns,everything would have been solved even sooner. We will continue to use Taylor and to recommend them.
