This outfit had the nerve to ""double"" bill my insurance inconjuction with their Sonora Quest Lab onsite. They coded my bill for a new patient office visit, then added a secondary service for the lad instead of appropriately using the advanced codes for an office visit with lab work. As a result my insurance company is trying to get this straightened out & has a formal grievance opened. In the mean time I'm left with $150 lab bill & headed to collections because Lisa (the billing person at Tatum Ridge) says ""I don't handle lab billing-can't help you, sorry"". This I find odd since my first attempt to fix this she jumped right in and said she would handle it. If She doesn't bill for the lab, how did it get submitted with the office visit?? Beware of labs in doctor's offices, they are always trying to make a few more $$ so the docs can buy a new Mercedes or two.
Pros: The doctor was very nice & concerned
Cons: The billing staff-LISA, is horrible. No service to comment on. Fraudulent Billing practice
