Bad taste Bakery. At least from what we ordered. Breakfast burrito was not good and the salad taste like nothing. Not exciting food at all. more

I've loved this place for years. The bagels are fresh and tasty and their sandwiches and wraps are great too. My favorite is the lox bagel - yum! more

This place never lets me down. It always takes me a couple minutes to figure out what I want because I always love to try something different and everything is good. I usually go for a wrap, but their breakfast sandwiches are great too. \r They also have a variety of baked goods, which I have yet to try. I might give in and get a red velvet muffin later. They also bake their own breads. If you get a sandwich, their high protein bread has nuts and rasins. So whether you want to indulge or have a healthy meal this is the place to go. more

I used to rave about this place, which for the most part has been great. But lately every-time I order from them, they either have changed the menu items or they don't have at least 30% of the items I have ordered. Then I have to either call the restaurant, call Eat24hopurs, Chat online with them and apply a charge back that takes 5 days to be refunded back to my account. Al of this process taking hours instead of me receiving my order within the estimated 45minutes more

soo far i love the food from here, the santa fe chicken salad is my fave lunch item it has the best sauce and the chicken is fresh, and for breakfast i get a super breakfast burrito it's too big for me to finish in one sit down but tastes great. my co-workers and i always order over the phone. there's one delivery guy that is great and fast that always brings the order correctly and is very friendly, his name is juan but the catch is on saturday there's another delivery guy who is also named juan that takes like an hr to an hr and a half to bring the food, and sometimes is missing food, and doesn't know how to break down the bill and is rude he never understands me when i'm speaking to him we've tried english, spanish, french, and even italian, i still don't know wat language he speaks, and when the food gets here our coffees are a mess and all stickey.\r so when u order delivery ask for skinny juan not the chubby juan that's what i'm doing from now on and if the only juan there is the chubby one don't be dissapointed when ur food is cold and ur missing items.\r but other than saturday's there i am extremely plsd with the food and the service. more

Absolutely worst service error. I have been living in Sobe over 6 six years and occasionally (maybe 3-4 times) have been to Taste (it is near my apartment). All 3-4 times, without fail, they are so rude and customer un-friendly. Amazing. Looking at previous posts, it appears the same terrible cashier still works there. She rolls her eyes at requests and ignores you until you have to yell. Oh - they also charge you 50 cents extra for bread when you buy a sandiwch. Last time I looked, the definition of sandwich means something between two slices of bread. Ridiculous. Go spend your money at Einstein Brothers, Jimmy's Kitchen, Giardino's, Lime - anywhere else but this place. Cons: terrible service; your clothes smell after leaving more

I believe this female dog of an employee's exact words to me as I requested that a sandwich which had not been consumed nor delivered be taken off the bill ""well ma'am we cannot do nothing cause we already wasted the produce it takes to make it"". wtf?? I called like 2 mins. ago!! HORSE excrement <--(for lack of choice)! Each and every time that someone asks me to order food from this place there is a problem. They never want to give me a total and they huff and puff about it as if I was asking them to climb Mt. Everest backwards and blindfolded when I insist. Unbelievably bad customer service! Its the only place I would buy my breafast on the beach. They have the best fresh ground coffee, plus free refills. The atmosphere inside the Cafe is just so homely, with the most friendliest employees, who have been there for years.You will allways be greeted warmly with your name, by the owner who is always present to take care of all your needs. I love the free Wi Fi and the large table at the quiet corner of the Cafe.\r I always have their Protein breakfast, which is the best I have ever had and praised by the whole Miami Beach. In short , its the best Cafe on the beach.\r The service improves every time I visit. The place has only got better over the years. Its the only place with the best food on the beach. I have gone to the Tasteless Cafe once a month for the past year and they just seem keep going downhill. I go there ( and have continued to go ) because they usually have a decent cup of coffee, ( not that hard) and free wifi. So I have stopped there infrequently to grab a cup and login to check email, and get a little computer work done. The food items are OK. However I HATE! HATE! HATE! that the prices in the menu don't seem to have any reality. Everytime I have ordered a food item it is always more than posted or on the menu and I get the excuse that they haven't reprinted the menus yet. The cashier is the rudest in town. She must have learned her customer service talents from that notorious Soup _ _ _ _ guy from Seinfeld ( City Search will not let me use the exact word). I have and seen others inform the staff that XYZ is out or missing and they ignore it or give a "" When I get to it"". And today when I was there I learned the final straw They have now cancelled refills on coffee. There are just too many other places that offer free wifi, coffee refills and are even nice to their customers to put up with Tasteless Classless Cafe's policies. For the 1st I walked into this establishment. It was fine. They work like eastment beagles. No reflect on eastmant bagels. I asked what they have. The person behind the counter justed pointed and didnot help out at all. The sandwich came w/a side order. The price of the sandwich is 7.00. I got a soda. When i went to pay for my meal. It came to a total of 11.00. When I went to eat my sandwich it tasted weird. When i went to talk to the cashier. She was rude. She explained that soda and chips totaled 4.00. I was trying to explain that I didnot enjoy the sandwich. All they could was just take off what I did not like. When I asked to speak to a manager, He also gave me attituded. He was saying he was lossing money if he replaced the sandwhich. Finally after I explained am the customer. Am the one who is paying. And I even told him that the cashier is very rude. After almost 10 minutes they gave me a new sandwhich. Then when the sandwhich was finally made. The person behind the counter asked what side i had w/my sandwich, He was rude also. Anyone on South Beach will be happy to tell you that the food here is absolutely delicious. I have had their food many times and never had a complaint. But today, I witnessed first hand the worst customer service & possible the RUDEST cashier I have ever dealt with. First, between the music & the customers I could barely hear what the quiet girl behind the counter was saying to me. Then, I asked for one of what was CLEARLY labeled ""spinich & feta"" croisants, only to be told that they were actually ""ham & cheese"". The quiet voiced girl then told me to ""wait over there"". I walked in the direction of her glance since she didn't point or give any real reference to where I should wait. Then she brings me the rest of my food, but gives me no ticket and makes no effort to cash me out. I stand there a few moments watching others cash out & thinking that I'm going to wait until the cashier girl is between customers to tell her I wasn't given a ticket when she suddenly looks up and says ""Did you already pay?"" I said no but before I could explain anything she says ""Well, you have to stay in line!"" Then turns to the man who is next in line & apologizes for having to take care of me first. I never asked her to take care of me first, & a decent cashier would never tell the customer, YOU HAVE TO STAY IN LINE without asking why. And even if there were no reason other than customer stupidity, you say ""I'm so sorry. I wasn't aware you were waiting because you weren't in the line."" This way the customer KNOWS he/she should stay in line next time but is not HUMILIATED in front of the rest of the customers.\r In closing I would just like to say again that the food is delicious but the service was so mortifying that Taste Bakery will not receive one cent of my money ever again. I love this place! The extensive menu has something for everyone and its a fun place to go and eat. Try out the ham and cheese croissants. You won't be disappointed. And the coffee?
