I believe this female dog of an employee's exact words to me as I requested that a sandwich which had not been consumed nor delivered be taken off the bill ""well ma'am we cannot do nothing cause we already wasted the produce it takes to make it"". wtf?? I called like 2 mins. ago!! HORSE excrement <--(for lack of choice)! Each and every time that someone asks me to order food from this place there is a problem. They never want to give me a total and they huff and puff about it as if I was asking them to climb Mt. Everest backwards and blindfolded when I insist. Unbelievably bad customer service! Shameful attitude towards their customers.
Pros: average tasting food
Cons: HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE OF SERVICE
