I had three companies quote our roof and they were all pretty in the same ballpark with their pricing. Tallahassee Roofing was the last to quote and they were by far the most impressive. There was no doubt when they pulled out of our driveway that I would go with anyone else. They were the most knowledgeable, helpful and had the best warranty for the price. Also, they submitted full-color printed quotes with brochures, literature and samples of almost all of the materials. Another thing I liked was they had three different quotes that varied slightly in materials and length of warranty. The crew showed up as planned and immediately started prepping and working. I took the day off so I could be a little part of it and help them out if needed. Obviously they didn't need me, but I have to say, they were the most hard-working, nice pleasant guys. They stayed organized and on-task the whole day. They were careful with everything on and around the house, asking if they could move bird feeders, etc... Tarps were laid to minimize the trash in the yard and they were constantly cleaning and sweeping with magnets for nails in the yard and in and behind the bushes. They finished the next day and when I got home from work, other than the beautiful new roof, I couldn't even tell anyone had been there. I haven't found a single nail in the yard and the roof/trim looks immaculate. I highly recommend Tallahassee Roofing. They are a company that will restore your faith in business, as most these days just want to do the minimum with cheap materials to make the most profit. These guys are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, use high quality materials all-around, and the attitude of the employees tells me that the company values them and treats them well. In my opinion once you factor materials, price, warranty and the overall experience I doubt anyone else around here can hold a candle to Tallahassee Roofing. more

They came, fixed the roof, and I haven't had a leak since. They finished the work almost a year ago and it looks great. I had leaks in my roof for 7 or 8 years and have tried to fix it myself and have other roofing companies come out. It just kept leaking. I finally found Tallahassee Roofing last year, they fixed the leak, and that was that. I can't speak highly enough about them considering how many other companies I tried first. more

When looking to have our roof replaced, I spoke with and researched several companies but initially did not consider Tallahassee Roofing. My wife saw an ad for them and I began by looking at their website. I was immediately impressed because of the information it provided that provides information on how to select a roofer and what to look for when evaluating companies. What really impressed me is that the information they provided could lead to the selection of another company but Tallahassee Roofing seemed confident of their value and quality. Once I called, I was pleased with the patience they had. I don't know much about roofing so I asked a lot of questions and at no time did I feel that they tired of my questions. I set up an appointment for an estimate and was very surprised and pleased at the competitive pricing. Tracy even saved me by suggesting that I get my wife's opinion about the roof color (Thanks Tracy!). The crew arrived on time and was very kind. Each of them spoke, even if they were on the roof working. The greatest part was the joy that showed on my wife's face when the job was finished on time and to the absolute satisfaction of my wife and me! I was really happy with Tallahassee Roofing. The first thing that impressed me was that Tracy, their salesman, he was here when he said he was going to be here, and punctuality is important to me. Then, through the whole process, and when I decided to go with them, he came and brought the final proposal and had it full of important documents, like licensing, insurance, and workman's compensation and everything included, so I didn't even have to ask. When they ordered the shingles, they got here quicker than we all expected them, yet they were able to get me in sooner and got the work done in 2 days. They were in and out, with very little disruption in our schedule. The crew that they had, and I think Eddie was the crew chief, they all did an and excellent job, every single one of them. They each had their part, and each person had a duty in the process. Within 20 minutes of them getting here they were already at work. They jumped up there, got it done, and did an excellent job with it. We're just so happy with the whole process. more

First of all, I don't give anyone the highest rating, because no one is perfect. That said, Tallahassee Roofing did a good job for me. I wanted a roofer that had been in business for a while, and after checking out different websites, I came up with them. Tallahassee Roofing started on the date that we had agreed upon. They showed up on time, and stayed until the work was done. I think it's great when companies can do what they say in terms of time frame, and they certainly did. The people at Tallahassee Roofing were timely and very competent in their skill level. They cleaned up the yard and replaced the roof. They actually left the yard in very good shape! They cleaned up after themselves and picked up the arbor debris, nails, singles, and packing paper. As for price, it was medium. I had received five bids and I selected Tallahassee Roofing. They were slightly above average but they were highly recommended to me by a friend. I'd say go with the highly recommended company. It's all spread by word of mouth. Tallahassee Roofing provided superior service for locating a roof leak and then repairing the roof. The job was completed in a timely manner. The crew was professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job repairing the roof. They also took care to do a thorough job with the clean-up after the job was completed.
