I was really happy with Tallahassee Roofing. The first thing that impressed me was that Tracy, their salesman, he was here when he said he was going to be here, and punctuality is important to me. Then, through the whole process, and when I decided to go with them, he came and brought the final proposal and had it full of important documents, like licensing, insurance, and workman's compensation and everything included, so I didn't even have to ask.
When they ordered the shingles, they got here quicker than we all expected them, yet they were able to get me in sooner and got the work done in 2 days. They were in and out, with very little disruption in our schedule. The crew that they had, and I think Eddie was the crew chief, they all did an and excellent job, every single one of them. They each had their part, and each person had a duty in the process. Within 20 minutes of them getting here they were already at work. They jumped up there, got it done, and did an excellent job with it. We're just so happy with the whole process.
