Jen is amazing! My husband and I love to work out together on Saturdays with Jen's kickboxing class. Jen is so motivating and fun. At kickboxing we walk out laughing, more energized, and feeling great. I am in such better shape now that I can run a mile without stopping! My husband and I both just watch our inches shred away. It is great to have someone in the class with you and Jen is very supportive. Her workout routine is for men and women. She is also very understanding when people are just starting. Everyone works together to acheive the same goal. She starts with 15 minutes of abs and changes them everyday so they never get boring. Her kickboxing moves are great and we always look forward to seeing what is next in her moves! Great job Jen and keep up the motivational kickboxing!
