Jen got me hooked on Cardio Kickboxing first by taking classes with her, then when she told me she was going to start teaching I thought ""wow"" look out. I thought I was working to my max before but then I started taking the classes she was teaching and I really started seeing great results. I have always loved Kickboxing and will always have Jen to thank for getting me started and for showing me what really being in shape and feeling great all with a fun workout could do for me.\r
