I did not buy my Genesis here, but I'm treated as if I did. My customer rep, Mr. Josh Durdaller is a gem. Pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous all the while handling a very busy shop. I know that Consumer's Reports show that a majority of owners of all brands seem to prefer private auto maintenance facilities to dealerships, cost being a major determinant. So far the extra costs, if any, are more than offset by the service and the friendly attitude. They also have very good coffee in the customer waiting room.
