So far, so good 3/1/2014

I have had my 2013 Sonata in for minor service twice at Fairfax Hyundai and in both instances the work (an early oil change just to be prudent at 3,000 miles and the first, 7,500 mile scheduled maintenance) was performed promptly and sastisfactorily. The staff was courteous and helpful. more

Excellent service managers 2/15/2014

I have been bringing my cars to the dealership for the last several years. Your service staff is excellent. On this last visit, however, I said I believed my radio had a defective speaker on the left side - the shop told me there was no problem, but I'm convinced there is a defective speaker in the audio system and it is very annoying. Please give me a name of a reliable audio shop where I can have it checked properly. David Lamoureux more

As usual prompt courtesy service, problem is though, is that the check engine light keeps coming on and after two previous visits with problem supposedly resolved through engine diagnostic code reset, light is on again for third time. more
