A huge ripoff! Be wary!!!! In 2010 we had these guys install our Mitsubishi Ductless AC and they did a fine job, hence we went back to them in July 2016 to see why our AC was not performing the way it was. They said the visit was $139 and there was no hourly so they would fix whatever was wrong. Ok great. Well... the guy came out and said look you have a dirty blower wheel. We said ok can you clean it.. No no, thats for a separate visit. (They said they would fix what was wrong on this visit) Let me get you a quote...... People I kid you not $500 to clean the wheel. Is this wheel golden, holy??? We said to him we could get a window AC for every window in the room for that price. Who are they kidding. Obviously their standard or level of honesty has changed in those 6 years! We said no way and looked it up on YouTube. It took us 45 minutes to clean the blower wheel! The said oh it takes many hours to clean. Plus the technician used the, "don't blame me its headquarters who sets the rules" . Yes dishonesty comes from the top. So we paid $139 and got absolutely zip! Oh and there was tax. We cleaned the wheel while it was still inside the unit, but he (TF Obrien Tech) is a professional and cleaning the blower is probably a common routine, so lets say an hour. $500/hour. He must be a lawyer :) Look elsewhere! Beware! more

Raphael very knowledgeable and answered customers questions thoroughly. Took time with repair and was very neat never seemed to rush to get job done to get to next job.Been in home since 1989 and had my share of incompetent repairmen to home an individual like Raphael is an asset to his employer and hopefully is recognized as such.The company should waive the seventy dollar diagnostic fee when you have a service contract. Without contract one hundred & forty for service diagnostic with contract seventy along with annual fee of one hundred & sixty four dollars.That was the deciding factor for me to pass on the service contract. more

Roy was my service person and he called me to say he was on the way. He was pleasant and professional. He did the required service and answered any questions that I had. This was my second experience with a T.F. O'Brien professional and it was perfect. more

The T.F. O'Brien company was kind enough to install a new water heater the same day I called. Anthony was very friendly and recommended an efficient water heater hat should last for many years. The installation was completed successfully without any difficulty with the heater. Everything was neat when completed. While the price was higher than anticipated, I'm happy with the results and lok forward to no difficulty in the next 10 years. more

JIMMY -replaced the relief valve on mt 2 year old AO smith hot water heater-the job took about 30 minutes and he was very friendly and courteous and cleaned up the site when he was done-TF OBRIEN has always been very professional . more

I just had my boiler maintained by Anthony of T.F. O'Brien Plumbing. What a great guy.! I sat and watched him disassemble my boiler to clean and service it. He explained everything he was doing and educated me about all the parts and what they were for. He made suggestions for future service without trying to immediately sell me parts or products. This made me feel that he really knew and cared about his craft. He is a totally professional man and I will definitely be contracting with this company because of him. more

we got a call info'ing us a tech was on the way in 10 min's. Lenin was prompt and courteous (even used indoor booties to protect our floors). he quickly found a gas leak, showed us, and got to work right away. entire inspection and repair was quick and efficient. Lenin was courteous and professional and we're glad he was assigned our job. more
