Raphael very knowledgeable and answered customers questions thoroughly. Took time with repair and was very neat never seemed to rush to get job done to get to next job.Been in home since 1989 and had my share of incompetent repairmen to home an individual like Raphael is an asset to his employer and hopefully is recognized as such.The company should waive the seventy dollar diagnostic fee when you have a service contract. Without contract one hundred & forty for service diagnostic with contract seventy along with annual fee of one hundred & sixty four dollars.That was the deciding factor for me to pass on the service contract.
