I live in Floral Park, the boiler person that came into my home took the cover off the burner and starting moving parts around, then proceeded to tell me that he does not know how to work on my boiler. When he put the parts back the boiler would not stay on. The technician wanted to leave without at least putting my boiler back the way he found it. It happened to be that the boiler has a safety when the cover is removed, it has a 5 minute reset. This person did not know this prior to touching my equipment, all he said was that I needed to contact someone else. When I asked him to at least have everything the way he found it, which was a working boiler he said that he did nothing to break it. The reason for the call was for simple maintenance and a look over of the boiler, it was in working order prior to him arriving. If I was not firm on him fixing the problem he caused. Me and my 3 kids would have been left with no heat or hot water in the winter with 30 degree weather outside, I get my hot water through my boiler so i would not have hot water either. I had to find someone to fix the problem right away since I was concerned my pipes would burst due to cold, I would not recommend anyone allow these people enter your home and cause you harm as they did to me. Home owner beware!!!!!
