This customer is misstating the facts. The facts are that his desktop repair took less than two weeks and it took that long because the initial part was bad. That repair was ready in less than two weeks and the customer was informed at that time it was ready. He could have picked up that repair immediately. He chose not to pick up when he was informed that the desktop was ready. He picked up the desktop about 8 days after being informed that desktop was ready. The desktop was demonstrated to the client working correctly upon pickup. As to the laptop the customer stated that the laptop had fallen and the screen was cracked. Our repair diagnosis discovered that besides the screen being cracked that the fall had damaged the system board. The client was informed of that. The client was informed that there was a non refundable diagnostic fee before leaving his equipment and chose to do so. The desktop was working properly upon pickup and given a proper diagnostic on the laptop. The client chose not to repair that machine. We are sorry that we could not fully help this customer. more

THE WORST BUSINESS IN NYC!!!!\r \r I'm not exaggerating. I've never been motivated enough to warn people about a business before, but that is before I had the misfortune of entering this G-d-forsaken store.\r \r First off, let's talk about the decrepit and cluttered store itself. The owners/operators are clearly hoarders of the worst type, and their pathological incompetence extends into every facet of their business.\r \r The ""face"" of the store is a man named Adam who has no problem lying to cover his own mistakes and short-comings.\r \r Cut to the chase: I entrusted these jerks with a desktop (broken video card) and a laptop (cracked screen), and after over 6 weeks of being given the run-around, I finally received my computers – EVEN MORE BROKEN THAN WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF.\r \r \r Needless to say, Sysut Computers would not return my money...\r \r Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!\r more

I was having quite a bad problem with my computer. Let me tell you about it. My old Dell computer was running very slow and had many pop up problems.I had a screen that said I had a virus and spyware.\r \r I found this repair shop after talking to my friends in the neighborhood about the computer repair places they had been to. They recommended this service center for the respectful way they treat their elderly clientele.\r \r I am older and had gone somewhere else but was not happy with how the young people at these other places talked down to me. This place has older professional people that did not talk mumbo jumbo to me. They spoke to me clearly and gave me information in a way I could understand. They told me about my options and gave me time to think about it. I found their manner reassuring and comforting.\r \r I chose to leave it in their capable hands and they cleaned up my machine at a very reasonable cost.\r I then had them come to my home to hook up my other computers to my printer into a network.\r I am a lawyer and I wish I could find help like this all the time for other things I need done.
