I like that they have everything that you may need in here. They have helmets and pads and they also have skateboards in here, a perfect place for biking enthusiasts. more

Great Consignment Sale Experience 2/14/2012

I sold my bike on consignment with Victor at MotoClub di Santa Monica. Overall it was a great experience. Victor was extremely communicative, and helpful. There were a couple of items that needed to be fixed on the bike, Victor made me aware of them and fixed them at a fair price. The consignment agreement was streamline and straight forward. Once the bike sold, I picked up the money that day. I would highly recommend Victor and MotoClub di as they provide a painless, professional experience. more

*** WARNING -- DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP *** 9/10/2011

*** WARNING - DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP. I took my son's atv in for repair and they charged me over $300 to clean the carb and change the spark plug. They said the atv was running great after their repairs. When I brought the atv home I started the atv and it started to sputter upon full throttle. I brought the atv back to Moto Club and they charged me an additional $40 for an adjustment. I spent over $350 for a simple repair to an atv. I can't imagine what they would charge for a motorcycle. Do not go to this repair shop, unless you want to drop and load of cash *** more

WARNING - WARNING - WARNING 8/15/2011

THE BAIT AND SWITCH , THE SMOKE SCREEN, THE FLIM-FLAME a frign nightmare - if there are any positive feedback in here, he put them in here himself - - i think he charged me about 200$ and hour for some basic repairs, had to wait for 6 days, for him even start, he did, after yelling at him and telling him off, he did give me a free battery and loan me a helmet, but as all stories go, its a long one, and if you want to get ripped-off and the run-around, loose sleep... then this is the place for you. part of the problem i think is his relationship with his mechanics and his greed for money... HORRIFIC !! the mechanics work by piece work, so no little extra stuff is free, or even looked at by the mechanics, i originally went there to replace my radial Michelin pilot pro 2 tire, he replace it with a cheap bridgestone basic bias tire- would not let me see the bike, until i paid for the work and signed off on the work - VICTOR IS MODERN DAY RIPP-OFF ARTIST - more

Victor was Great 2/13/2011

I was looking for a bike and came across one on Craigslist that was on consignment at Moto Club. I dealt with Victor the whole time. He was amazing. Even though we had interstate issues he stuck with me and gave me as much support as I needed to get the job done. He went beyond the call of duty and any time I need anything for my bike or when I get another bike, I will call him to see if he can help me first. I was very impressed with his professionalism and wish more people treated their customers with such respect. Thanks Victor. more

A+++ for Moto Club di Santa Monica! 2/9/2011

I signed a consignment agreement with Victor to sell my motorcycle. Victor explained the consignment process clearly and concisely. He kept me posted and informed throughout the entire process and there were ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS once the bike was sold with regard to the payment. Employing Victor and Moto Club di Santa Monica to sell the bike was the best decision I could have made! I am not a rider and Victor went above and beyond, picked up the bike for me and came into the shop on days off to accommodate my schedule. more

I like this shop! 1/31/2011

I really like this shop! I worked with Vic on a bike he was selling for a friend and I feel like Vic went beyond expectations to help with the sale. Although his friend didn't budge on the price I feel like I got a great bike for a great deal. Again, Vic was great to deal with and I highly recommend this shop to anyone. more

Great shop with honest upfront prices! 1/21/2011

With the qualifications out of the way I can say that Moto Club is the only parts/service shop that I will go to or take my bike to. I purchased my first bike there recently and received excellent service. I have not had one interaction with anyone in their shop that didn't know what they were talking about. Especially if you are new into motorcycles let these folks help you out. more

Moto Club Rules !!! 1/6/2011

Moto Club does honest work at lower than dealer prices. Being an independent motorcycle repair shop I try to do most of my business with companies like these. Victor is honest and he will work with you on any issue of repairs and prices. He just knocked $80.00 of my bill because they did some work I wasn't aware of. That's how you keep loyal customers. Nice job Moto Club. I highly recommend this shop. Listen no shop is perfect, but like I said if you have an issue, Victor will do his best to work with you and make it right. more

Great Service. Thank you! 11/12/2010

My pops turned me on to MotoClub of Santa Monica. I was pleasantly surprised. more

Finally, a Shop who gives a **** ! 9/3/2010

What a GEM!! Long story short, if you're looking for a motorcycle shop with top notch service from people who actually care about your bike more than you do, don't hesitate. Brett, Vic, Chelsea and the other guy all kicked butt. I had my Multistrada and SXV serviced there at the same time. more

horrible owner 7/18/2010

as far as i know the service done is good. Victor is a non trustworthy guy. Almost had to take 2 court. do not BUY or sell your bike here. He will not respond to your calls and will ignore you, just a sweat talker in the beginning saying anything to have you buy his stuff. I Bought a bike from him that he promised was a clean title. found out later it was salvaged so he agreed to take it back. He didnt return money for a FEW MONTHS. Having me drive to the shop multiple times after promises of having the cash in hand, to find he would write me a check for a few hundred and promise more the next week. what really pissed me off was besides giving me the runaround. everytime i came in he knew my visit would only take 5 min for him to write the check and me to leave. he ignored me and serviced other customers while i would wait 40 plus minutes. Pros: nothing Cons: buying a bike or selling a bike more

Best Motorcycle shop in Santa Monica 7/1/2010

Extremly friendly helpfull staff, they always go out of their way to make sure the price is right, I'm always impressed with how quickly they get things done and always right the first time. If you want fast profesional work done right in a relaxed atmospher then this is the shop for you. Pros: This is my favorite shop. Extremly helpful friendly more

I like this shop 6/17/2010

My girlfriend's ex goes to this place regularly and I guess because of that I ignored it. But for the past two years I've been getting jacked by other shops. So I decided to get an electrical problem fixed on my VFR 750. They told me I need a regulator and a stater and it was gonna cost hundreds. I just accepted that and was ready to pay up but then they told me I lucked out and didn't need a stater just a regulator. That saved me a bundle. They could have just did the whole thing and got more money but they put honesty before money. So I'm sticking with these guys no matter how many ex boyfriends of my girl go there. Pros: Honest and trustworthy Cons: Nothing yet more

Caveat Emptor 1/31/2010

Took my bike there for a small repair job, they called and told me that they needed an additional 2 hrs to 'repair' a cracked bolt thread. They were going to use JB Weld! I can JB Weld shit myself in 30 mins and only need a $4.95 package of the stuff. 2 hours my ass (an additional $160). I told them to stop working on it (finished half the job) and they still stuck me w/ the full estimate amount. How does that work? I paid $200 for them to take off a cover held on by 6 bolts... In finding a solution, I took my bike to a local welding shop, he fixed it properly for $80 and was done the same day. Buyer beware of MotoClub di SM! Pros: Not morons, just idiots. Cons: Overcharges, slow to respond more

Consignment Sale of my precious Daytona 675 11/6/2009

Moto Club is blocks from where I live in Santa Monica. I've gone in for Oil, plugs and small stuff. I once needed a bearing removed from a linkage which required a press, Moto club did it for me on the spot and didn't even charge me. So, when it came time for me to sell my precious Daytona 675 with 1300 miles, I could only think of one place to go. Anyone who has a bike that is in mint condition and is worried about leaving it on consignment with a shop can be confident with Moto Club. They appreciated my custom and add-ons like true motorbike enthusiasts would and actually got a deal better than selling it on my own in 3 weeks! best part is I never had to do a thing. Victor called and told me to pick-up my money and I did. I will go there for all my parts, service and consignment from now on! Pros: Great communications and straight forward more

Do NOT SELL your BIKE HERE! 10/22/2009

I signed a consignment agreement with Victor of MotoClub di Santa Monica to sell my 1999 Kawasaki Ninja. He told me he would have it sold within 2-3 weeks. About two weeks later Victor informed me that the bike had sold. I made arrangements to pickup my cash but an hour before I was supposed to meet him he told me he would feel more comfortable depositing the money into my checking account. Since the transaction was made through Paypal he wanted the money to clear his account before he handed the cash to me. Understandingly, I didn?t push the issue as he promised the money would be in my account within two days. I went through three weeks of worrying if I would ever see the money. Victor lied to me saying that he had deposited the money in my account (to which he didn?t have the account number.) He stopped answering my calls and resorted to texting instead. I didn?t see the money until I warned him that if I didn?t see the check in my mailbox with seven days that I would file a small claim with LA county court. He overnighted the check (which arrived on the seventh day!) Oh, he also promised to send an additional $100 for all the trouble. I didn?t receive it with the initial payment. I emailed Victor a few days later to remind him of his promise. He replied on September 29th claiming it would be in the mail within a few days. Between that date and when I actually saw the check (October 20th) I left several messages on his cell. His mechanics do good work but DO NOT trust this guy with your money! Pros: he sold my bike Cons: I had to wonder if I would ever see the money for the sale. more

Friendly and Honest 10/17/2009

Coming into a place like MotoClub as a new motorcycle owner was a bit intimidating at first but it didn't last long. Everyone there was wonderfully helpful and willing to put up with all of my newbie questions. The service is prompt and very professional. All around the best experience I've had with any vehicle. Pros: High quality and affordable products. more

Be careful, poor follow up after the sale 9/30/2009

had to call 4 times to get my paperwork mailed to me for a bike that was on consignment. When I received the ""package"" it only contained the pink slip, not the paperwork I filled out and signed. Victor said it was lost. The pink slip was not even filled out by the registered owner. I had to track down the owner to complete the sale!!!!!!Ridiculous!!! Attempted to call Victor but he has yet to return my call. I've purchased bikes from private parties much easier than this, and he was paid to sell this. Pros: Friendly staff Cons: follow up more
