GREAT PRODUCTS AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE 12/21/2009

A year ago I purchased a Simaudio i5.3 Integrated amplifier and the lp5.3 phono pre-amp. Both products are 1st rate components and I received a very competitive price from Lary at Swan HiFi in Tampa, Florida. Even more important and significant than the price point was the level of service provided by Lary the owner of the shop. Never at any time was there a feeling of pressure to make a purchase, on the contrary there was a presentation of a genuine concern that the products presented would meet the specific needs expressed by the potential customer. A wonderful experience! Go and listen to the Swan M1 Monitor Speaker-you can't touch it for two times the price. more

Swans Home Theatre is a first class company who I would recommend to all my friends and family. They were excellent to work with and their products and installation service is unsurpassed. My wife and I are what you would call technically disabled but with their recomendations and his expert technician they made the product installation a breeze. more

Larry is a great person to do business with. I have known him for 3 or 4 years now and bought multiple things from Swans Home Theater. Larry is very polite, cordial, and knowledgeable. He takes time with you and goes over the equipment, playing a CD so that you can hear how different speakers sound. I have been 100-percent satisfied with everything that I have purchased from Larry and have never had any problems with anything. The customer service at Swans is great. Dealing with them is a very pleasant experience because they are so personable and knowledgeable. more
