Larry is a great person to do business with. I have known him for 3 or 4 years now and bought multiple things from Swans Home Theater. Larry is very polite, cordial, and knowledgeable. He takes time with you and goes over the equipment, playing a CD so that you can hear how different speakers sound.
I have been 100-percent satisfied with everything that I have purchased from Larry and have never had any problems with anything. The customer service at Swans is great. Dealing with them is a very pleasant experience because they are so personable and knowledgeable.
