I am so glad I can have my rent automatically deducted from my account each month. I never have to worry about forgetting to do it on the 1st of the month again!

I rarely write reviews but am doing so in the hope that I can help at least one person make a better decision than I did. I was a landlord using Supreme for around 1 year and found it to be a terrible experience. They were unprofessional, rude, lacked diligence, used contractors that provided bad information and made multiple mistakes. Their only positive is the low price. I’m sure everything is fine if you don’t have any problems with your property or tenants, but that is a risk you take. You get what you pay for. more

I hate vacancies. I no longer have to worry about them because Supreme fills them all before I miss any incoming rent. This is a huge load off my mind. They find tenant very fast. In addition, they raised the rents for my units. I am very happy I hired Supreme Real Estate! more

When it was time to change property management companies, I was dreading the process. Supreme Real Estate made it all so easy. I requested a proposal and they came on-site, looked at the books and gave me a very competitive quote. All for free! more

Very reasonable fees 3/6/2012

I highly recommend Supreme Real Estate for Leasing services. If you are not sure you can try them out for a $295 leasing fee until you sign. I don?t know anyone else who does that in Los Angeles. more

Good Property Management Company 3/5/2012

I found Supreme Real Estate online. Their website looked very nice and they offer more services and better prices than other property management companies in Los Angeles. I only own a condo in LA. My tenant was not paying rent that's why I decided to hire a property management company. Luckily, the tenant decided to move out right when I hired Supeme. I decided to give them a chance to find the tenants for my condo and they did it in 1 week. They charged me no leasing fee because I decided to sign 12 month property management contract. So far so good! Thank you very much! Sergio, keep up the good work! more
