I found Supreme Real Estate online. Their website looked very nice and they offer more services and better prices than other property management companies in Los Angeles. I only own a condo in LA. My tenant was not paying rent that's why I decided to hire a property management company. Luckily, the tenant decided to move out right when I hired Supeme. I decided to give them a chance to find the tenants for my condo and they did it in 1 week. They charged me no leasing fee because I decided to sign 12 month property management contract. So far so good! Thank you very much! Sergio, keep up the good work!
