I'm very happy with Supermaids. 10/11/2013

The workers from Supermaids Inc. were very friendly. They came in and cleaned my house and did a great job cleaning. It's a hard thing to do and they got it done, so I'm happy with that. This is my second time using Supermaids. They gave the same service last time. It's very good and I'm happy with their service. They're easy to deal with and were able to fit me into their schedule in a relatively short amount of time. They showed up when they said they would and informed me of their schedule for the day. more

Great service and attention to detail 9/30/2013

I was very pleased at the move-out cleaning I received. The 'supermaid' arrived promptly and did the job within the time allotted. Upon my inspection, there wasn't anything I was dissatisfied with. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. more

Extremely satisfied. 9/18/2013

We normally use Supermaids Inc. about once or maybe twice a year for a thorough cleaning. They send two girls over who have always done a wonderful job for us. They do a very thorough job of cleaning, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. They're great about dusting everything and are very careful not to break anything. I'm just very pleased with their service. We've been having them come to our house for seven or eight years. I like that they're a smaller organization, so we usually get the same girls, which means they know our house and know what we like done. I would recommend them to anybody. more

A very positive experience 8/28/2013

We hire Supermaids Inc to come and clean our home every few weeks. They do a very good job. Most of the time, it's been the same person who comes to clean. We like that this person is familiar with how we want things done. When that person is not available, Supermaids calls us to make sure if it's okay to send someone else. They end up doing a great job for us, as well. They are a very customer-oriented company. We have been very pleased. more

I've recommended Supermaids already! Great find! 8/26/2013

I've already told my sister (who then told two of her neighbors) about Supermaids Inc.! I recently moved here from California, and my first thought was to get somebody. Well, I got somebody who was horrible at first. She took the finish off of one of my nightstands and put cleaner on my bathtub and sinks without rinsing it off. It was a NIGHTMARE, so that was that. I went on the Internet and wanted to give Supermaids a try next. They knew what they were doing! I told them what I wanted done, and in an hour's time they had done everything on my list. They just went to town. They even proceeded to do other little things when there was a bit more time left. The price was right, too. more

I found Supermaids after years of inconsistent experiences by other services. Supermaids is a cut above the rest. They are fantastic to work with, provide excellent services and are very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Good experience overall, aside from turnover issues. 7/29/2013

The only reason I would say the total experience with Supermaids is a four out of five is that there have been times when they have had a large turnover of employees. So I got different people showing up each time, and less can get done when someone is just learning your house. It's now been a long time since the people have changed, though. more

Such a relief to come home to a clean house that smells good 7/29/2013

I come home and the house is clean. My work hours are ones that I never actually meet the people cleaning my house. It's just such a relief to come home to a clean house that smells good. I have been a customer of Supermaids about two and a half years. It started about two and a half years with a birthday present from my mom and I'm so glad she did. Always satisfactory service. The few times something has gone not quite right, they are easy to work with. The people in the office always take good care of me. I have appreciated what they do for me and that they take good care of the house. more

Easy and accommodating. Good, honest people. 6/3/2013

Supermaids has been great. They have accommodated my schedule. I have a dog that stays at home alone and they work around that. If there's ever an issue, I call them and they take care of it. I've spoken to the owner a few times and they're just good people. I never worry about having them in my home. more

Consistent work, dependable 4/15/2013

Supermaids is a great company. They are always dependable, and anyone they send to me is really good. They all do the same quality work, consistently, which is wonderful as well. I am rarely ever there while they clean and I can really depend upon them. I have been using Supermaids nearly 7 years and no complaints! more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible I would not reccommend this company to ANYONE. They have no respect for a homeowner. I was told by the owner of the company....."my job wasn't big enough to require someone to watch of the qulaity fo the job." They made one attempt to contact me about my complaint in service. They will dent and break your floor boards and tell you it is part of the job. I hope they go out of business and will do everything i can to improve thier chances of that. The better business bureau will hear from me next. more
