I am a realtor in South Florida and found Superior Moving to be a very professional group! Superior Moving & Storage made moving the most positive experience of our home sale. After being in our 4500 sq ft home for 19 years we downsized and moved the majority of our belongings to storage. We anticipated two truck trips to two different storage locations, but Superior was able to pack all of our belongings in their truck and 90% of them in our 10x20 storage unit! I am still amazed! The initial contact was very professional and gave us a feeling of confidence. The crew arrived right on time and didn't take a break until they finished 8 hours later. I highly recommend their services. more

Several neighbors referred Superior Moving & Storage to me and I generally trust their judgment. We were all moving into a new development in Parkland, Florida. I wasn't disappointed at all with Superior Moving. When I called and spoke with the company to set up the move, they were really informative and explained the whole process which allowed me to relax a little. The crew was extremely nice and professional. They showed on time for the move and moved our home and shed contents to our new home in the new neighborhood.Our belongings were plastic wrapped and padded. They worked all afternoon and finished our home in 8 hours. The price was super reasonable in comparison to the competition. The crew worked hard with no breaks and were extremely flexible when it came to set up of the new home. I would highly recommend using their services. You can't go wrong using Superior Moving. They have moved about 10 people in this development in the last 1 year. So far everyone has good things to say about this company. more

I used Superior Moving this week. There were 2 guys-on time, wrapped everything to avoid nicks and scrapes- and they completed within 6 hours. I would use them again! I'm new to the area and just chose them randomly, and based off of reviews...good choice! When I need to move again in about a year, I will not hesitate to lock down Superior Moving again for my next move. more

We originally had another moving service picked and when I got the ""official"" quote it was double what he originally gave me. I was scrabbling looking for another moving service. I googled movers and found Superior Moving & Storage and after looking at their reviews, I only saw 1-3 bad reviews. Now I know why. I called and talked to Serena who was great and scheduled me right away. They said they would call the day before and they did. They even offered to move up our move time which we really wanted. Our moving crew was awesome and they did an excellent job. We had never used professional movers and these guys were great and made the whole experience worth it. They were quick and effecient. We will definitely use Superior Moving again and I would recommend you to anyone that needs movers. more

As a former manager I realize the importance of recognizing good customer service, and I do hope a copy of this email will be placed in the files of Robert and his team. Superior Moving & Storage did a great job!!!!\r First I have to state they were all extremely polite and courteous (something that has been lost in this day and age), and extremely professional. I cannot express my appreciation of the handling of my items. I have many old items, some over 100 years old and they all handled each item with the utmost care. I am sure your men can verify how nervous I was and how I watched as they packed and unloaded, but I had nothing to worry about. Everything was neatly wrapped and unwrapped, and all trash was taken away. They even tried to remember what items went where from my previous residence! The last item was my grandfather clock. It wasn't sitting well on the new carpet and Robert went out to the truck and got pieces of cardboard and placed them under the clock so that it would sit better. Their day began at 7:30am, after a 6 hour drive and 5 hours of unloading plus another 5 to 6 hour drive back to South Florida, Robert thought of the card board, I was exhausted just watching them! It's going the extra mile that impressed me the most, from shaking my hand to asking about my mother who was with me on the day of pick up to the piece of cardboard. Thank you Robert and your team and everyone else at Superior Moving for caring about my old pieces of stuff! more

I called Superior Moving & Storage on Monday and left a voicemail with my details. I received a callback with a very competitive quote within a few hours. After waiting to hear from another piano moving company (who ultimately never called back), I went ahead and called Superior Moving back on Tuesday. They scheduled my move for the very next day (Wednesday morning). The two guys showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and moved the piano in place in a grand total of about 1 Hour. They carefully wrapped the entire piano and used a special board and strapping. They clearly knew what they were doing. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. more

We had Superior Moving pack our moving truck which we drove ourselves across the state. All of our belongings and furniture were packed safely and efficiently. The guys carefully loaded the U-haul truck for us, and strapped everything in to secure the load. They were clearly very skilled at packing to avoid damage. They treated everything with respect and worked very efficiently. Everything made it with no damages and we are glad that Superior Moving offered this service to help us load the rental truck. more

I used Superior Movers for a move from NC to Florida. They offered \r professional, courteous, and responsive service throughout the whole process. I had multiple questions and a few unique items to pack and deliver. The owner, Anthony was always quick to respond by email and/or phone with an answer. The team did quality work and made a stressful situation so much less stressful. The moving price was the same price as I was originally quoted. I did the quote over the phone with Samantha, and was as accurate as possible. Even though my list was slightly off and I forgot about some items they did the move for the same price and didn't charge me more. I definitely recommend this local company. more

When shopping around to find movers here in Miami, I came across Superior Moving & Storage, and noticed immediately that they had great reviews. After calling and speaking with Silvia, I decided to go with them. They arrived right on time, as scheduled, and I was immediately impressed with how professional and courteous they were. I noticed too that they were very, very careful with all of our belongings - including being very diligent to wrap large items, pictures, and mirrors, so that they did not get damaged, and so that they would not scrape or damage any walls. They communicated with us the entire time as to what needed to be moved, where things should go in the new house, etc. They worked very hard and finished the job without scratching, damaging, and/or breaking anything. All I can say is if you want the best, you must go with Superior Moving, they did a great job. more

I have now used Superior Moving twice and have recommended them to \r friends who have also had good experiences. They are awesome! They are very fast and efficient and make the most use of the time you have scheduled all the while being very careful with your items. I had two antique pieces I needed moved and they took extra care with them, wrapped them in moving blankets and got them safely to their destination. I also have a very solid, Italian Leather Sofa sectional that is insanely heavy and these guys make it look effortless. Don't even bother looking for another company - these are your guys! (and I'm picky!) :) more

We moved from a house to a 2/2 condo only 4.5 miles away, but still concerned about having our furniture, several pieces with glass fronts, arrive safely. When I talked to Silvia she immediately eased my mind. She assured me that our furniture would be carefully pad wrapped, upholstered furniture included and mattresses covered. We had good communication from the company both via email and postal mail, with a phone call a couple days before the move to give us the time of arrival. The team of 4 headed by Robert arrived on time and handled even our antique side-by-side and grandfather clock with great care. They disassembled a 5 piece wall unit and put it back together, set up the bed and other pieces that had to be assembled. The estimate given was exactly what the price was, according to the advertising. No hidden fees! The only tip I would give to others is to take out the drawers from dressers, desks and buffet to be moved separately if not packing everything in them. I had silverware all upside down from my buffet drawer and papers everywhere in the roll top desk. I would definitely recommend Superior Moving...they live up to their name!! more

One of the reasons we chose Superior Moving us because of all of the positive reviews we read online. However that was not the deciding factor, upon researching more and viewing the website they have we have found the following: Superior /moving has been in business over 20 years and has a great reputation and has a lot of references both business and personal. The main reason we pulled the trigger was all of the charity work they have done and the giving back to the community. My wife and I do a lot of charity work. They donated trucks for multiple hurricane relief projects as well as church charity events and Schools. One we saw this, the deal was sealed and we used Superior Moving, they did a great job and lived up to the reputation they have. Superior Moving and Storage supported me on a local but complicated move. I had specific dates and needs that HAD to be met due to other circumstances related to a quick, temporary move. We also needed help with packing and unpacking, and moving some items into storage. the movers George and Carl were TOP NOTCH and nothing but STELLAR in their ability and details. The office staff were great with logistics, customer support, and professionalism. The moving crew were a pleasure to work with. We've already committed to using them again on our final move. These guys are great. Here's how everything went down. I originally placed an online quote request after searching google. for a professional, honest moving company. Within 15 minutes one of their salesmen had me on the phone arranging a date to come and see the house. Two days later, we did a walk though and I received a printed quote and called Superior Moving to confirm and schedule the move. On the moving date, the crew showed up on time, did a quick walk through and verbally confirmed the information was accurate and the agreed upon price was guaranteed. They quickly began working and loading the truck. They wrapped EVERYTHING. They padded EVERYTHING. They move carefully and at a steady pace, and worked for six hours straight breaking only a couple of times. At the end of the move, they asked repeatedly if we needed anything else moved before they left. They were great. I highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage.\r \r more

Recommend above all other moving companies. We move a lot and this was by far the best experience. We booked Superior Moving for our move to Georgia. Unlike other moving experiences they actually worked the entire time. They were even looking for things to do in what would normally be down time! Robert and Albert were absolute professionals. They were polite, courteous and pure dynamos when moving our furniture. Nothing was damaged! The company itself was great to work with too! more

These guys are the best. We have moved with Superior Moving 3 times now within our immediate family and they have done a great job every time, they don't miss a beat. The estimates they give us are always realistic and are not a sales pitch they always stay true to their word. Each time they have moved us they are on time and don't stop until they finish the job. I can attest, what the estimator tells you is what actually happens. They wrap up all of your furniture items in moving blankets, they wrap plastic wrap that looks like a giant roll of saran wrap around anything that is fabric, and they put all of your mattresses in plastic bags and seal them up. The price is always what they told us it would be and the moving men are always nice. During one move they scratched a dresser, it wasn't a big deal and we told them not to even worry about it, and it was just something in the kid's room and the kids were rough and it was o.k. ... They still sent someone out immediately within the next few days and touched it up like new. We highly recommend Superior Moving and will use them in any future moves.\r \r more

We have heard so many horror stories about movers, so I felt compelled to write about our experience with Superior Moving. We were on edge thinking we would get ripped off or our furniture destroyed by movers. We are way to old to consider any options of moving items ourselves. We met with 3 moving companies and choose Superior Moving basically because of the amount of time they have been in business and the image of the company. To our delight nothing was damaged and the move was good. The men did a nice job and were very helpful and pleasant.\r more
