As a former manager I realize the importance of recognizing good customer service, and I do hope a copy of this email will be placed in the files of Robert and his team. Superior Moving & Storage did a great job!!!!\r
First I have to state they were all extremely polite and courteous (something that has been lost in this day and age), and extremely professional. I cannot express my appreciation of the handling of my items. I have many old items, some over 100 years old and they all handled each item with the utmost care. I am sure your men can verify how nervous I was and how I watched as they packed and unloaded, but I had nothing to worry about. Everything was neatly wrapped and unwrapped, and all trash was taken away. They even tried to remember what items went where from my previous residence! The last item was my grandfather clock. It wasn't sitting well on the new carpet and Robert went out to the truck and got pieces of cardboard and placed them under the clock so that it would sit better. Their day began at 7:30am, after a 6 hour drive and 5 hours of unloading plus another 5 to 6 hour drive back to South Florida, Robert thought of the card board, I was exhausted just watching them! It's going the extra mile that impressed me the most, from shaking my hand to asking about my mother who was with me on the day of pick up to the piece of cardboard. Thank you Robert and your team and everyone else at Superior Moving for caring about my old pieces of stuff!
