We moved from a house to a 2/2 condo only 4.5 miles away, but still concerned about having our furniture, several pieces with glass fronts, arrive safely. When I talked to Silvia she immediately eased my mind. She assured me that our furniture would be carefully pad wrapped, upholstered furniture included and mattresses covered. We had good communication from the company both via email and postal mail, with a phone call a couple days before the move to give us the time of arrival. The team of 4 headed by Robert arrived on time and handled even our antique side-by-side and grandfather clock with great care. They disassembled a 5 piece wall unit and put it back together, set up the bed and other pieces that had to be assembled. The estimate given was exactly what the price was, according to the advertising. No hidden fees! The only tip I would give to others is to take out the drawers from dressers, desks and buffet to be moved separately if not packing everything in them. I had silverware all upside down from my buffet drawer and papers everywhere in the roll top desk. I would definitely recommend Superior Moving...they live up to their name!!
