very happy with the service ...on time and the driver was on top of it... Kids prom, one got on the bus drunk, the driver made office call parent to come and get the child... Very happy-- Thank you ( It could have been mine !!!! ) more

WORST SERVICE BAR NONE 1/7/2011

This company messed up our limo for a birthday party and told us they brought one the wrong size (supposed to have one that fit 30, they brought one that fit 20) and gave us a choice to ""take it or leave it."" After a MONTH of complaining they finally said they would give us $70 back....on the $700 we gave them!!!! Finally they give us a limo for a night...again, they call the night of and said it would be $100 for the drive and $100 for them for ""fuel charges."" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

missed my senior prom. 4/28/2009

they double booked our driver and after he dropped us off and we finished eating we called and he wouldn't answer. then the office told us they had to jump start it. long story short, both numbers ignored us for the next hour or so and when the office man finally called us back we were obviously angry and had a slight attitude when talking to him and he cussed at me and told me to find a new ride and hung up. we missed our senior prom. we now know that the company double booked the driver because he called us last night and told us that, and it is being pursued legally. i would not wish this treatment on my worst enemy. Pros: nice one way trip Cons: customer service, no answer on phone calls, missed our event more

Awesome party bus! 10/7/2008

Superior looked good on C.S. so I booked it for my birthday. They were on time, the bus was MUCH nicer than I thought, and everything went smoothly. I am still mad at myself for forgetting to use the coupon, but the price was still less than the other 2 companies I called. Pros: Good communication, and on time.. Nice bus too! more

We got a limo bus for my friend's birthday, the price was good, and it was actually early. The bus was REALLY nice, clean, and had a super fun ""pole"" in itThe driver explained to us how everything on the bus worked (stereo etc.) and told us to ask if we had a question. Overall a GREAT experience and a fun birthday! We all agreed that we had even more fun on the bus than we did in the club! lol. Pros: Safe, fun, on time, fun, clean, fun, nice bus, fun, fun, fun!!!! more
