they double booked our driver and after he dropped us off and we finished eating we called and he wouldn't answer. then the office told us they had to jump start it. long story short, both numbers ignored us for the next hour or so and when the office man finally called us back we were obviously angry and had a slight attitude when talking to him and he cussed at me and told me to find a new ride and hung up. we missed our senior prom. we now know that the company double booked the driver because he called us last night and told us that, and it is being pursued legally. i would not wish this treatment on my worst enemy.
Pros: nice one way trip
Cons: customer service, no answer on phone calls, missed our event
