I have had this company do service work for me for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. I wonder if the other people who are posting are honest or a competitor. I would recommend them to do anything in your home. I think it is very sad when people can post and not give their name because how do we know if they are just trying to ruin this companies name or if they were wanting something for free. more

ZERO STARS!!! CROOKS!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! 12/16/2010

This company is crooked and does not practice sound business. I contracted with them to clean my air ducts and house. They came and did the air ducts without issue. The next day they were to clean my house. The deal was that I was supposed to be there at 1 to let them into the house and show them what to do. When I got there at noon, the door in the garage going into the house was left open, there was trash on the floor, and there were several other examples of a poor cleaning job. They were not at the house when I came, so in essence, they entered my house without permission (surely the air duct guys told them where to find the key), did a poor job cleaning, and disrespected my personal property. The major sign that my property was disrespected is that they went through my kitchen cabinets, found a single serving hot chocolate, found a mug in another location, used my Keurig single cup coffee maker to make their hot chocolate, and left the dirty mug in a casserole dish I was soaking in the sink to clean that evening. The assistant, Cat, had me email pictures of all of this for her to forward to the owner, David Hill. She called me a few days later to tell me that David Hill wanted to take the same cleaning lady back to my house to fix the problem. I declined this offer because I did not want to allow them back into my home after their obvious disregard for my property. I demanded my money back. In the meantime, I learned they overcharged my credit card by $89 dollars. The original bid was $149, but they charged me $238. So, after I demanded my money back, I was given the runaround for a couple weeks. I finally learned that since I declined their offer to come out and "fix" the problem, they were not going to refund my money. I am pursuing action and lodging several complaints about this company. If you are looking for a company for cleaning or any other related household services, stay far away from these crooks. more

Honest Maid Service 2/28/2010

I recently hired the maid service from Superior Home Services and was really impressed with how quickly they did their job. The best part was that they found my diamond ring that had been lost for 2 years!!! They could have kept it and no one would have known, but they returned it to me and I could not be more happy!! I thought it was gone for good. So thank you, Superior! You have a 'Superior' group of ladies working for you and you should be proud. I will be using you for years to come. :) more

I have done business with this company for over 12 years. I have had a great experiences with this company. I think what makes a GREAT company is not when things are going right but when thing go wrong. I have found that when there is a problem this is when this company really shines. foul mouthed company-indicative of being run by juveniles 3/20/2008

What a joke! This so called 'company' has all of its employees thinking they're managers, however, they fail to manage the simplest of customer service needs such as scheduling, phone calls, showing up for appts., etc. Not a surprise to learn they are under investigation. CONSUMER BEWARE-teenagers are good for somethings-but not for this! These kids adverstise that they are some kind of 'christian' related organization, but use the 'f' word as if it's the only word in the English language-a very sad representation of what today's youth is capable of-or INcapable of, rather. One of the employees lied about a phone conversation, and did not realize she was being recorded on a business line-steer clear of these kids, they are on their way down. more
