We had a tension spring break and Superior Door Service was able to come out within the same day we called. They repaired our door and did a very nice job. Floyd B.

Worst

I made an original apt. and due to a funeral I had to re-schedule. My re-scheduled apt. was 2 days later @ 1 p.m. at my home. It is now after 2 and the tech has not yet arrived....

Quick Respnse and Excellent Service 5/21/2014

I called Superior for an emergency spring repair on my garage door. David was our tech and did an outstanding job. Superior was able to respond to our call and finish the job in 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely use Superior again and recommend them to everyone. more

We called superior door to fix our garage door opener because the original home owner used them to install the door (first mistake)\r They were late and did not fix the problem. (They said the door opener probably needs to be replaced- but they did not do that) The owner then would not return my calls and when he finally did he refused to honor the $105 I already spent towards a new garage door opener- which is what they should have done in the first place. So now I am out $105 wasted 2 days (tech came out twice) and my door open is still broken! more

1 hr and 43 minutes late to the set appointment and no call to explain 11/8/2013

I made an original apt. and due to a funeral I had to re-schedule. My re-scheduled apt. was 2 days later @ 1 p.m. at my home. It is now after 2 and the tech has not yet arrived. I was told when I called the office about no one here yet, that they had a job that went over the amounted time. Things like that happen but what would have been the right thing to do would be to call me and let me know. I also did give Tom the person on the phone a "head's up" about my place and the difficultly in finding it and that someone should call me to confirm directions. I am very disappointed at what has transpired so far e.g. their being so late; not giving me a call to let me know this and Tom not informing Dan about possible difficulties with finding my place. After calling Tom at the main office, he did call Dan the tech. Dan was very nice on the phone and apologetic. Although a call from him would have really helped. It is now 2:30 and no one here yet. Tom also told me that I did not have to be home and that I could be billed. I choose to pay and not be billed so I have to be home to do that. They arrived at 2:53. Dodge also did apologize and stated that he had to stop at 4 places to get directions. If Tom would have conveyed my earlier concerns about GPS problems and finding me, this also would have been avoided. A definite lack of communication on Door Service, Inc. of Superior, Wisconsin. Dodge and Dan were very nice. To finish the job the guys needed 2 smaller pieces of 2x6. I found 2 pieces in my lumber pile and gladly cut them with the Skil saw so they could complete the job. The door opens nicely and the garage floor was picked up. I paid Dodge and they left at 6:30 p.m. more

Great Company! Great Performance! Great Value! 10/21/2013

After over 3 years of my Garage Door being in service I have ZERO COMPLAINTS with the final result. I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and the professional installation of a Great Product. "They shot straight then delivered!" (That would be a good and applicable slogan for Superior Door!) I can not think of any purchase I've made of any product or service in memory that I have been more satisfied with or considered a better value for the buck than my Automatic Garage Door Superior! Excellent customer service!! 9/12/2013

Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone!!! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future. Fantastic customer service and an honest reputable business. THANK YOU!!! more

Excellent Customer Service, Superior Product! 7/23/2013

I obtained 3 bids from 3 different companies and I am SO glad we selected Superior Door. The company came recommended by a trusted source, and they were not wrong. With over 20 years in the industry, our salesman, Joe Ruthford, had more extensive knowledge of the door systems and openers than anyone else with whom I had spoken. When it turned out our door opening was an odd size and out of plum, he went out of his way to order a panel which would fit more appropriately, and the door looks like a million dollars. The installation guys were polite, friendly and did a great job picking up every scrap of material created by the installation process. The door we selected was quite a bit thicker than their competitors as well, but the price was still fantastic. In addition to a beautiful new door, they installed a new keypad and repaired our existing opener. I highly recommend Superior Door for your next garage door repair and/or replacement. Kelli B more

New garage doors make a bigger difference than you think! 8/7/2012

Wow! We did our own version of Extreme Home Makeover this summer and we got new windows, exterior paint and new garage doors. We were not expecting the best and biggest change to be the garage doors. They just pop, and having new metal doors vs. our old rotted wood ones makes a huge difference. Thank you so much to Superior Door Service! \r \r They did an amazing job helping us pick out the doors, and installing everything smoothly without disrupting our home or our work day. I never thought I would get excited about garage doors, but they really added the curb appeal we wanted. It was a fantastic investment. more

I think they're swell! 5/17/2012

Superior Door Service Inc. did have a little issue because I have an older garage. The first guy who came in did tell me he had trouble and called management. Unfortunately, we had a cross-situation and my neighbor had a remote control for his car, and when he used it, my garage door started coming up. I called Superior back because the door would open in the evenings. I felt a lack of security. They got somebody out that day. Another guy came and he did have to call the actual company of the garage door. He went back through Superior Door Service and solved the problem. Now everything's perfect! When somebody takes the time and shows the interest, the majority of people just want others to respond and make a valid effort to help them. Everyone I spoke with in Superior Door Service Inc. was exemplary. Nobody tried to sell me anything and repaired the door in a way I could afford. I think they were swell! I wanted a wireless entry and he said I have a new transmitter and that he could ship out the equipment to my house. I would truly recommend Superior Door Service! more
