Review content:
Superior Door Service Inc. did have a little issue because I have an older garage. The first guy who came in did tell me he had trouble and called management. Unfortunately, we had a cross-situation and my neighbor had a remote control for his car, and when he used it, my garage door started coming up. I called Superior back because the door would open in the evenings. I felt a lack of security. They got somebody out that day. Another guy came and he did have to call the actual company of the garage door. He went back through Superior Door Service and solved the problem. Now everything's perfect!
When somebody takes the time and shows the interest, the majority of people just want others to respond and make a valid effort to help them. Everyone I spoke with in Superior Door Service Inc. was exemplary. Nobody tried to sell me anything and repaired the door in a way I could afford. I think they were swell! I wanted a wireless entry and he said I have a new transmitter and that he could ship out the equipment to my house. I would truly recommend Superior Door Service!
