I what to Supercut on 8/7/10 and ask for just to trim my ends a girl name anna did a rush job on my hair i was in the chair for 3 min and she charge me $16.00 for a 3 min job is that to much or what? more

Great experience 7/6/2008

Date: Sun, 7/6/08, 12 pm Wait Time: none Stylist: Tiffany, she had a super-cute platinum bob Service: shampoo, cut, blow-dry, style $29 My very first time at this Supercuts store on Forbes Ave. Every step of the way, Tiffany asked me if this or that was what I wanted. Did I want layers? Did I want thinning shears? Is this how long you want it? Tiffany also taught me how to style it with products, brushes, and the dryer. I highly recommend Tiffany and this salon to all my friends. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely be going there again before school starts! more

I asked for a trim and got a mullet 6/7/2007

I don't deserve this. I have very wavy hair that CANNOT be short or overly layered as it sticks up in every direction. I clearly expressed that I cannot wear bangs, said I want my hair to be long enough to pull back into a pony tail and basically needed to have the back thinned out and trimmed. Well, she took off over 5", leaving me with shaggy, uneven bangs and an overly layered top that sits on a long underneath layer. It is basically a mullet. I could just die. The girl was nice, but did not listen to a word I said and she RUINED my hair. more

Supercuts Sucks. 11/13/2005

When I first came to Pittsburgh, I foolishly went to Supercuts for my first haircut. Nervous and excited to get my first college haircut, I walked in the door, waited for 40 minutes, and walked out pissed off that the 'stylist' hadn't listened to a damn word I said. She had seemingly deliberately ruined my hair for at least a month. I will never, ever go back to Supercuts in this or any other city. Supercuts is an example of one of the worst chain stores in America. Did I mention that the ONE time I went to supercuts after this to buy some hair product, my credit card number was stolen by an employee? NEVER. GO. HERE. more
